I’ve designed my pricing structure to try and be as fair as I can, to both my customers and myself. I believe I offer a quality, professional service, and I will always strive to give my customers more value than they paid for.

With that said, I also understand that not everyone will be able to afford my posted rates in these times. I started this business to help people while doing something that I love, and to be able to provide a needed service to this wonderful community. I’m aware that there aren’t a lot of options for people in this area needing local help with their electronic devices, and the last thing I want to do is to price people out of my services.

I offer a mix of hourly and flat-rate pricing, depending on the service.


Standard Hourly Pricing

I have a 1 hour minimum for in-home visits and a 1/2 hour minimum for remote support.

1 – 2 Hours, $75/hr
2.1 – 3 Hours, $70/hr
3.1 – 4 Hours, $65/hr
Over 4 hours, $60/hr

Pro tip:
Sharing a longer appointment with one or more friends, in order to get the reduced rate, is a great way to save money! I encourage this and I’m happy to bill separately if needed.


Flat Rate Pricing

I offer flat-rate pricing for many common services, such as repairs where it makes more sense to pick up your device and work on it in my shop instead of doing it in your home. If you have any questions about my pricing just ask.

Pick-up & Drop-off

When necessary, I can pick up your device(s) and drop them back off to you afterward. If the service total is less than $80, I charge $10 each for picking up and dropping off your device to you ($20 total), within 10 miles of Manzanita, OR
